Which plastics are a recycle do or don’t? Is it better to use paper or plastic. Did I remember my water bottle so I can refill it instead of buying new?

are these washable? (valid question - I've purchased knitted items before, and they either lose their quality in the wash, or shrink up)
I own quite a few of these & they most definatly wash out great-line dry.
